What the public website uses
We have not configured advertising cookies, visitor analytics, embedded social feeds or third-party CAPTCHA services on the public website. The product pictures, 3D viewer software and model files are served from this website. Manufacturer AR services open only when you follow their links.
Your animation preference
The “Pause animations” or “Enable animations” control remembers your requested choice using local storage named trident-motion-paused. It stores the setting and an expiry time, not your name or contact details. The choice expires after 180 days and is removed when next checked. It is only saved when you use the animation control.
Without a saved choice, we follow your device’s reduced-motion setting. You can clear the saved choice below; the website then follows your device setting again until you make another choice.
Enquiry form
The enquiry form does not require advertising or analytics cookies. Spam protection runs locally on the server and uses a short-lived request counter. Information you submit is handled as explained in our privacy notice.
Website administration
Authorised staff who visit the WordPress sign-in or administration pages may receive cookies such as wordpress_test_cookie, wordpress_sec_*, wordpress_logged_in_* and wp-settings-*. These support login, account security and editor preferences. Their duration depends on the session and login choices. They are separate from ordinary public browsing.
Your controls
You can delete or block cookies and site storage using your browser settings. Clearing all site data also removes your animation choice and may sign authorised staff out. No advertising or analytics consent is needed for the public features described above. If optional tracking is introduced, its purpose and controls must be provided before it is used where consent is required.
When you leave our site for a manufacturer, app store, validator or AR provider, that service controls its own cookies and privacy choices. You do not need to open these services to send us an enquiry.
